CPU on but no display in monitor?
Here your computer have a possibility to RAM, SMPS, Motherboard, Monitor or Monitor signal cable Problem.
1) After on the CPU you need to keep pressing the numlock button on your keyboard, if the light is on when
press the the numlock key, 99% problem occur in your monitor or your signal cable problem. So now we
need to check the signal cable and monitor.
a) Release the signal cable from your cpu, if any error display on your monitor like "check Signal cable",
50% you can consider no problem found on your Monitor so just change your signal cable.
2) If numlock light is no response, 100% you have a problem on your CPU.
a) Take the RAM from motherboard slot, clean the RAM (eraser is best), and insert on
b) If Not solved!, Just change your RAM and check, If again not working move to next step!
c) Check your CPU with using another working SMPS
(check your smps, connect the Green and black wire without connecting any device, If the smps
is perfect condition, the SMPS fan should spin)
d) Final step you need to check your Processor, change another processor.
3) All the above steps are fail, you should need to change your motherboard.
